Born on December 4, 1990, in Ban Phonsavanh, Pakse District, Champasak Province, Mr. Souliyan graduated from the College of Finance (Southern Campus) in 2011. He began his career at Phonechaleun Bridge and Road Construction Company (2011–2018), before moving to Sengmixay Bridge and Road Construction Company (2019–2025). Since 2026, he has been working with Lao Valu Company.
